1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using PocketOpt: Signal Cost on iOS you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
These terms are a contract for the software experience itself. Apple's Media Services terms, App Store review guidelines, and any Apple platform agreements still apply to how you obtain and pay for the binary.
PocketOpt: Signal Cost is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited licence below, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.

Features
PocketOpt: Signal Cost provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. Screens, copy and file formats may be revised to fix defects or to follow App Store rules.
Your content
You keep rights in content you create. You grant a limited licence to process that content on-device so the app can display, index, export or delete it at your request. That licence ends when the content is deleted from the live store, except for copies you exported yourself.
Conduct
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
4. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Together, that notice and these terms describe the product. If they conflict on a data-handling point, the Privacy Policy controls for that point.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketOpt: Signal Cost is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular professional purpose. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded remain in place.
